SUMMARY:Sound and Vision - an audio walk along the Pymmes Brook
DESCRIPTION:Would you like to join the Pymmes Brookers to experience the river in a new and unique way? \nWe will be walking along the Pymmes Brook from Oak Hill Park to Arnos Park listening on headphones to sounds and stories of the River linked to our location as we walk. \nFriday 6th of June.  Meeting 10.30am at Oak Hill Park Cafe\, Parkside Gardens\, Barnet\, EN4 8JP\nand finishing around 1pm at Arnos Park Road exit N11 1AP. (Handy for the Arnos Arms for lunch.) \nYou will need to download the audio app onto your mobile phone (we can help you when you get to the cafe) and bring your own headphones.  \nPre-booking is necessary and we will send you a link to the app in advance. \nPlaces limited so don’t delay. DESCRIPTION:Join us on Saturday 28th June \nWilbury Way Wetlands \nPBers run river clean up sessions on Pymmes Brook. We welcome all ages and abilities. \nOur clean-ups are run volunteers trained by Thames21 on Leading River Action. Sessions are insured and include a health and safety briefing. We provide equipment including waders\, boots and litter pickers. \nPlease sign up in advance by emailing thepymmesbrookers@gmail.com so we can get an idea of numbers.
